I returned to C25K 8 weeks ago. I had joined Slimming World as my weight and eating were out of control, generally living an unhealthy sedentary life. After 3 months of eating healthier and 8 weeks of C25K I have shifted 2.5 stone and feel amazing. I have had to run on a treadmill as my previous experiences of running outside always end with an injured knee. No injuries so far!!!
I’m posting today to ask some advice about toning and strengthening. I want to start adding a little weights work into my exercise routine, but I’ve no idea when to do this. Should I do this pre-run, or on a run rest day? Any advice or tips appreciated 😊
