I completed C25K in March last year but developed asthma and found I could no longer run for two minutes never mind 30! I just about have it under control now and came back to C25K last week. I have really missed running, just taking it steady and went back to week 1, but that's fine as it's more than I have been doing, so here goes............

Welcome back and very well done you... many of us have repeated all or parts of C25K and it can be huge fun. Relaxed and enjoyable, because you know what is coming and you know you can do it

Does not seem to be that unusual for people to repeat all or part of the couch 25K. I am going to have to rerun the whole damn thing. Broke my foot in a car accident just as it was recovering from being stamped on by the daughter. Another6 weeks of healing then back to the beginning. Am lucky that a friend wants to do it with me, with me coaching. She thinks I know what we are letting ourselves in for.
Got to W9R2 before the injury. Bugger, am missing it all.
