Congratulations on graduating! A big celebration is due 🏃♀️🥳👩🎓
Well done on your parkrun. I’m going to give you the same advice that we give every newbie runner which is that it’s best to stick at 30 minutes to consolidate what you’ve achieved for a little while, and when you’re still doing the programme it’s best to stick to the timings as set out. This is to reduce your risk of injury. All of us understand the temptation to get carried away though! It’s really worth reading the guide to post c25k running linked below, and you can request your all important graduate badge here… 🏅

Congratulations on your achievements hope your going to celebrate👍👏🎉🥳
Congratulations, your badge is in place 👍 And I would absolutely echo the advice given by MissUnderstanding on consolidating the 30 minutes runs .
Happy running!
Thanxs
Congratulations! What a day!
Well done to you. I did the same and finished on a Parkrun and now have completed my 11th Parkrun only missing 2 since I did my first. I try to do 3 runs a week but always the Parkrun as that has become my Saturday morning thing. I now use Nike running club guided runs as I had done the 0-5k week 9run 3 too many times and knew it word for word!
Fabulous 🥳, what a great way to bow out of 2022
Congratulations on completing C25K!
