Hi! Forgot to update, I've run a race and also been sick lately, but here's my update:
I completed Couch to 5k doing 3.82km in 30' with a pace of 7'51'' using Watch to 5k.
Although after finishing W8R3 I did the 5k Barbie Run 2024 and then I did the last 3 runs to complete the program π . That one I did, according to Strava, 4.72K at a 7β43ββ pace in 36 minutes.
Right now I've been sick, but I have the Roche Posay Cancer Run this October, 20th. Again 5k, of course.
I plan on just continuing running 30' and occasionally doing 5k races for now.
I do want a plan to improve my 5k, but I'm relaxed. I'm thinking about the Watch to 5k continuation (5k to 10k Expansion Plan) or doing maybe the Nike Run App, I don't know if it has a "5k improvement plan" or alike. Not sure, but it's still for later, so I have some time to decide.
