Just finished my couch to 5k. I have to admit that I really enjoyed it. It’s not pushy but that does depend on you as a individual. I set my self on one goal and that was to run 3 times a week. I wasn’t looking to break records or even to get fast enough to join a running club.
I found that I was naturally getting fitter so my pace and breathing regulated. The last run is 30 mins and I did it. Really happy. My one and next goal is 10k. Which I’m going to try and do at the same rate as couch to 5k
