Congratulations on your incredible achievement! Completing over 9 weeks of running three times a week is no small feat. Your commitment, discipline, and perseverance have paid off, and you should be incredibly proud of this exciting milestone. Not only have you built physical endurance, but you’ve also demonstrated mental strength and consistency that will serve you well in all areas of life. Here’s to many more successful runs ahead! 🥂

Please note that your badge will be seen next to your name on your posts and comments within Couch to 5K community only, but not on your profile page or other boards.
⭐️We really hope you will continue posting here in the Couch to 5K community, sharing your experience, encouraging new runners and updating us with your progress as you carry on running beyond the programme. The support doesn’t stop when you finish the programme! You may now head across to Bridge to 10k as well if you would like to.
⭐️If you would like a Graduation Certificate, there’s one for you to download right here.
Why not try this twelve week consolidation and strength training plan to help reduce the possibility of injury - and which you can super charge your running.
🍏 How wonderful that you have enjoyed the whole experience!! A fab goal too after a time of consolidation.. do keep in touch here or on Bridge! Well done!! Enjoy the celebration 🎉 The feel good factor lasts for days. 🎈🙌
I’ve finally finished and ready to join the graduate club! 🏃♀️ Have joined the bridge to 10K group as I’ve signed myself up for a 10K in March to keep myself motivated to run! Thanks for all the support on my journey 🫶
🍏 A very special moment when you graduate!! Congratulations 🙌 You have earned this badge! Well done on joining Bridge & we look forward to your onward journey there… & hearing how the 10k journey progresses. 😊🫶
Got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes in March, so went on the NHS TDR diet. Have lost 5 stone so far, blood sugar is now normal, and on Saturday I completed C25K - never dreamt I'd be saying that at the start of this year!
This forum has some great resources and great people - keep up the good work!
Started off when someone suggested walking a Parkrun, after a couple of weeks a fellow walker who was recovering from injury suggested C25K and at the end of the program I am now managing to run the whole 5K - it does take me a bit over 40 minutes, at 68 my age grading is not bad but looking to get it better - think that means I have caught the bug 😀
The C25K follow on runs look like a great way to get me to where I want to be.
🍏 👏 How wonderful is that & to be running 5k already is exceptional. Many of us only did that after graduation! Exciting days and new starting lines. Do let us know how you fare! Congratulations 🥳
I just graduated. It has been an amazing journey. Prior to c5k I last ran 40 years ago as a sullen teenager. It has been a wonderful experience which I will continue with pleasure!
🍏What an honour to pin your badge! To pick up running after so many years and work through C5K takes courage and commitment. Congratulations 🥳 Hope you have an awesome celebration. The wonderful feeling lasts for days! ☺️
Thank you for awarding me the badge. I am not a new runner, but one that is returning from injury. I was all set to start my training in July for this years Chester Metric marathon a couple of weeks ago when I had to have an emergency appendix removal. So back to trusty C25K when I was given the all clear to restart running in August.
I have a 10km race at the beginning of December and thanks to C25K I feel I can comfortably step up the distance.
🍏 so many of us have done that too! 😊 Never too late for the badge though 🤗 Hope your 10K goes well but do comment on Bridge now and again. Always encouraging to see the progress 🙌
A run is a run whenever you manage to squeeze one in. Now you have graduated you are in charge of how often… a suggestion could be to do your one 30 min run 🏃♀️ a week & then try & do one or two short runs. The free Nike Run Club App has guided runs to choose from 5 mins & upwards to anything your heart desires, Have a little explore!! Xx
Graduated Couch 2 5k. Will investigate bridge to 10k, if only because a friend says "One minute more per run and you'll do it in 10 weeks". Which doesn't sound too bad!
