Completed couch to 5K

I have completed the couch to 5K and is still amazed i did it. I could not run to save my life, and it's amazing to know how couch to 5K has transformed my life, and i am now running way pass 30mins. I have found out it's not at all about seeing how fast i can run, but with a steady comfortable pace, i have built up my energy, and stamina, which makes it easy to keep on going every single time. I am 56 yrs old, and i feel much more healthy and energetic now than when i was in my 30s and 40s. My aim is to continue running for as long as i can for physical, and mental health reasons. I am not a gym person, i am very happy in the outdoors doing the running i love to do.

Yay well done!🎉 Yes it's not all about time, distance pace etc (although good to keep an eye on that stuff) but more about the delight of running and the benefits of it. I'm 66 and never would have thought.... It's amazing, we are all amazing! Happy running 🏃🏃‍♀️💥
