have just completed the C25K having started it in July. It definitely wasn’t a linear process and W7 run 2 nearly finished me off😂. But today’s run was so special and just a great way to round off the programme. A beautiful autumn day with the sun shining and just the right temperature. Am so proud of my achievement and off to explore the next 3 runs. Definitely want to increase my distance and hopefully the speed will come in time.
