Well done ! That's the hardest part over 🙂

C25k is fab as you don't need to push at all. Slow is just fine and will get you safely through the programme

Good luck 🙂

Well done for starting good for you just remember to take your time slow and steady, have your rest days and listen to your body, good luck and enjoy... oh and keep us all informed of how your doing 😀

Certainly need rest days I’m aching today. It’s strange as I cycle and play squash but never ache and yet when it comes to running as soon as I start I have to give up was out of breath had stitch straight away as with run one found it easier as I had that walk in between so the 60 seconds didn’t seem that hard just can’t constantly run.

Different skill set, different muscles, different breathing. It comes together in time, you will look back at this in a couple of weeks and laugh at how hard 60 seconds appeared to be.
