Well - finished at last. Not the best run today, but far from the worst,.
Probably not a good idea to choose a route with a fairly sttep but short hilll at the start. Took me about 15 mionutes to recover from that (still having trouble with pacing on hills).
Thanks to everyone on this forum for the posts. I've been a bit of a lurker, but reading about other people's experiences has been a huge help.
