Hiya, I have only joined quite recently, but I love how supportive and kind it seems here. It's giving me confidence to continue.Just finished wk7 R1, the second 25 mins one. Last time I had to slow down the walking pad for the last 5 mins. This time I sped it up (Steve Cram's advice!) But somehow still finished. Feel so happy with that.
Question is, every time I try to log in, I can't until I "complete profile", which it gives as 100% done. So, every time, I have to press "continue" several times and then "done" before it will let me come in. How can I make it remember...? It has all the info, but needs it confirmed every time.
Thank you, lovely people and best wishes to you all.

🍏Site has been a bit glitchy recently but will try & find out & get someone techy to get back to you! Well done on your long run!! Excellent progress! Xx
Great achievement! It was only toward the end of the programme that was able to ramp up at the end like Steve Cram recommended - prior to that, I didn't have very nice things to say to him...
I wonder if deleting the app and reinstalling would help? Please don't do that, though, unless one of the administrators say that its worthwhile. I don't want you to lose all of your progress.
Keep us posted on how your next few weeks work out...
Am I right that’s it’s the couch to 5k app that’s the issue? If so, emailing tech support isn’t the right way forward-they’re only tech support for this site! I’d always go for delete and reinstall as a way to solve most app issues!
So it is! Thank you, they look the same on my phone. I'll try logging into the site, instead of my shortcut and save from there if it works. I have emailed tech too.
That seems most odd. In over four years I've never been asked to complete my full profile in order to log in, just to provide my username and password.
MissUnderstanding is right - this forum is a website - healthunlocked.com/couchto5k - not an app, so you can't uninstall and reinstall it. As admins on here are all volunteers and don't have access to deal with technical issues, you'll need to email the Health Unlocked team at the support address already given.
Non-techy me just googled and learnt that (at least some) websites can be installed as apps, though doing so can affect functionality. I won't be trying this, since I mostly access HU from my ancient laptop! 🤪
