Hi there, as a 64 year old, I have never been into running, but for the last couple of years i have jog/walked for an hour covering around 5 miles in that time, but could never join the jogs up at all, so i decided to try out the Couch to 5K. I am now on to week 6 run 2 (tomorrow) and am thoroughly enjoying it, and being bossed about by Sarah Miliican !! The fact I can run non stop for 20 minutes, and soon to do the 25 minutes is great and shows if i can do it, then anyone can.

Welcome and well done to you.... slow and steady as you go...as you head into Week 6... it can upend some folk... but you are totally ready for the next set of structured runs
Welcome, yes, you can, and isn't it something to be proud of?
Welcome & well done you! I started last year at almost 61 and still run three times a week, sometimes for up to an hour. Starting from not being able to run for a minute it's simply mind-blowing isn't it?
Keep it up and good luck with Week 6!
Terrific. It's a wonderful feeling, isn't it, to reflect back on Week 1's efforts and compare them to the present! You will enjoy each week's new achievements as you continue forward.
All the best!! You've got this.........
Welcome Groundie! Well done! You’re in the home stretch now.Good luck with the rest of your plan. 🙂
Well done. I started running at 69 and am now hooked. Sarah Millican bossed me through the course too. Running is the absolute best for physical and mental health. I love it now.
Amazing! These are the best stages, the most challenging, the ones where you surprise even yourself, and the one's where all the hard work starts paying off. Best of luck with the rest of your journey, graduation is around the corner!!
