Have completed W4R1- I never thought I would be able to run but so far I’ve really enjoyed it. Was a bit worried about this week and running for 5 minutes in one go, however all went well and I’m looking forward to the next run.... who would have thought!?!

Congratulations!!!! I'm looking to do week 4 Run 1 either tomorrow or Thursday so you've inspired me and made me believe it's achievable. It's very daunting thinking I'll run for 5 mins non stop. Good luck with the next run πŸ˜€

I was the same and thought I wouldn't manage it but I did! Ran round a country park for the first time instead of a running track and was much nicer.

I love running outside - even if the weather isn't that great at times - the views make up for it!!

Each run prepares you for the next one and for the step up to the next week, so trust the plan, believe in yourself and in a few weeks you will graduate........ simple.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Well done. I worried about every first run of the week with the step up . Eventually you realise how well designed the steps up are. Now on week 7 having worried about 90s following a really bad week 1 I am doing 25 mins. It really does prepare you. Just stay mentally positive the physical will come.

Thanks Richard7 - agree that the staying mentally positive is the trick for me!
