Have never run before. At 57 I am having a go. Did week 4 run 1 this morning. What a beautiful morning! 5 minutes seemed a long time, but I did It!

No I started at the beginning in February. I went skiing in March and had to allow my knees to recover before taking it up again. I continued where I left off at week 3 and am now finally at week 4. X

Well done, I've just done the same run today and feel great! It was very windy on the north east coast but I just kept changing direction until the wind wasn't so bad haha!!

Well done. How was the mud? My route has been quite muddy but is beginning to dry out.

No mud, stuck to the footpaths, just really windy! Felt like scooby doo at one point haha!!

well done I am doing week 4 but only getting to 4 minutes so I think I will repeat the week so I can do the 2 sets of 5 minutes as the time increases in week 5.

Sounds like a good plan. I think it takes time to build up the fitness. That is the advantage of the app you can move on when you are ready. Well done!
