Hello new to the forum but I’m on w6r2. Getting there slowly. Can’t believe I ran a whole 20 minutes last week. Didn’t think I’d ever do that :)

Welcome to the forum and well done you for getting this far. I'm only on wk5r2 next. How has it been for you so far?

Difficult. I’m really bad with breathing so I need to put my running playlist on and focus.

The best advice I could give is to slow down a bit and if the music helps you focus stick with it.

It has definitely helped breathing is getting better. I never thought I’d do 20 mins without stopping.

Keep posting your progress on here as well. Everyone is really encouraging and friendly. Just take all the runs nice and steady then as your legs get stronger your pace will naturally increase and your breathing will get easier

Welcome! Keep amazing yourself... 20 minutes is a milestone on this journey... next you have 25 and that 20 says you can do it. Well done so far, and also getting through the intervals at the start of week 6. I hope you really enjoy closing this plan out one.
