Hello. This is my first post here. I have just finished week 4 and discovered this forum today. I'm looking forward to hearing your stories and getting a bit of encouragement along the way. I have tried this program before, but I never made it past wk 4. I am in much better shape strength wise this time around and am hoping to push through with success this time.

Hi ReggieP59, welcome to the forum and well done reaching W5. If you go gently, slow and steady you will be fine. 😄

Well done! I hope I complete week 4! I’m only on week 1 and can’t imagine it!

Did you feel like that at week one about the next weeks?

The first time I tried, I did. This is my second attempt, so I knew what was coming. I am in better shape and stronger this time around. Week 4 was the one I dreaded, but I completed it this week and ran an extra one this morning for good measure. I won't deny I am nervous about this next week.

Hello and welcome!

There's tons of support here, I'm sure we can help get you past W4 although I have found it's more a mental battle than physical. You need to believe in yourself and your ability to push past the usual "I can't" feelings and do it for your own reasons. Completion of every week is it's own small milestone and each one just feels better than the last!

Good luck and enjoy the journey! 👍😊

Thank you! I am so determined to do this. It's one reason I joined this group. I love the positive attitudes.

All the best with Week 5 . I start week 5 tomorrow too and although each new week brings its challenges I am sure we will be fine .
