Hi all, I’m wondering how much of an issue it is to delay a run by a day or two? I’m on week 7, run 3, and planned to do it today but after just 4 hours sleep thanks to my kiddies, I’m now feeling rough with a long day at work to fit in too, and a sore leg and slight cold into the bargain, I’m not sure I can do it. 🤔

No issue with delaying for a day or two. Sometimes it’s beneficial. Do what you feel is best for you.
You fit it in with you and your life.. as an awesome Mama... or Dada ... you take all the time you need. Huge well done you x
The running police never pull you up for being sensible. Relax, this has to be both fun and achievable. Happy running

Totally agree with everyone else. You have to fit this around real life. Sometimes real life gets in the way. And sometimes you really do benefit from an extra couple of days too!
