Consolidation Run 4 - Hello April

Thank you to dmb0058 who let me know that Lidl do running tops, popped in after work and got a vest and short sleeved shirt for £6 with 30 percent off, not many sizes left so it’s oversized but don’t mind that....(know you were looking SeeJillRun too) just come back from my run in the sunshine/heat and managed 4.60K, slowed the pace right down and feeling good ! Great start to the month 🏃‍♀️

I was wondering how you were getting on....oh no hope your all ok now and your all sorted, well done on getting back out there. Hope it wasn’t too hard today but blinking warm wasnt it. Decided I don’t do heat ! 😂 🏃‍♀️

Much better now thanks 😊 was actually a really good run. Maybe i suit 5 rest days in between each run!!! 🤗

Yes I sometimes have two/three rest days as I can feel my legs saying “Noooo” 😩

Yes the run felt better today thank you....I’m slightly odd as love the colder weather/snow ! I should have been an Eskimo 😂

I don’t mind the cold either, spent years at the ice rink with my daughter. My favourite days are the cool sunny days in spring and autumn, not a fan of the heat either 😂
