Back after a week....

Had a break of almost a week due to injury (not C25K) but a fall on public transport. Did Run2 of week one again on Monday this week and then did Run3 of week one this morning. Managed okay but wee niggle in my right ankle. Have bought an ankle support and will persevere. I find it sets me up for the day

Sorry to hear that M58. I hope the ankle brace works for you, but please take a little time if it doesn't.

Good luck!

Just take it steadily. but if that niggle persists, and remember the ankle support may only be disguising the problem... please do get checked out by your GP or a sports physio'.
