Thank God, I made it this far. I've never been a runner, jogger or even walk runner and proud that I've completed the C25K.
I started out with a friend who completed it during Lockdown but 4 weeks in, she sprained her ankle partying. So I continued for the remaining 5 weeks on my own with a fab playlist.
I graduated on schedule last Wednesday in style, not, but I did it.
Didn't make it to 5k but that's the next step.
This morning was a struggle and it was probably my slowest run todate and I just lacked motivation. I managed 35 minutes with ease but need to step it up and shall tune in again next week.
Thank you for the great posts, really encouraging πππ»πβ£οΈ.

Donβt try increasing time or distance too soon. You need to consolidate now in order to build up strength & stamina.. another link coming to give your more information about this!
Itβs hard to motivate oneself after being used to having a trainer in our ear! A good playlist can change that! Some people use apps like NRC and choose one of their 30 min guided runs after a few weeks of consolidation. Let us know or head over to our other forum for some motivation. Itβs for anyone who has graduated from C25K
