You weren't naughty Garden17 on starting C25K on a treadmill, better starting with week 1 on a treadmill than outside on the snow and ice. Be careful regarding your ankle so have the treadmill at a low speed.

Sounds promising... just be careful! Hopefully that MRI won’t be long!

Please.. wait for your results.... You have had so much injury and pain... that it is simply not worth the risk.

The treadmill although less impact is till impact... and you had pain... please take care.

I totally understand why you did it, it's so tempting when you think it's ok, and it's so hard waiting, but please wait for the scan. You're so close now. Take care of yourself.

Tempting it might be Garden but think of the long term goal. You’ve waited patiently for 14 weeks. Don’t rush it now. Wait for mri. Your choice. You know your own body
