I did it! I am so surprised! Week 2 was really hurting my ankle which I had pinned and plated in June but today not a twinge! I don’t know why I’m so surprised I did as it has been said so many times on here to trust the programme! I am trusting it from now on 😃😃

Well done , I’m far from an expert and i too am on week 3 , but i find it alot “easier” by running on grass - much less impact and strin on ankles , knees etc

Very well done Bridget007 ..!!

As the days / weeks go by, you will continue to surprise yourself and be so proud of your achievements.

Definitely trust in the programme, and trust in yourself..!!

As Oldfloss says, "Slow and steady" and you really can't go far wrong.

Enjoy, and keep posting ☺️
