Wasn’t sure I would make it out today given the sun and sand and all that, so set off to walk maybe run and see how it went. Picked an inland route which was very quiet apart from a few Dads teaching kids to cycle which was great to see and started running after warm up.
So 33 minutes later I was home and happy and hot 🥵 and so enjoyed being out and increasing my time too. Mentally it’s a challenge to run at the weekend now so this was a bit of a pick me up and I’m glad I gave it a go. I so love this running thing and am the only one now in the family doing it as the rest have succumbed to injuries various. Don’t want to count my chickens but it beats cycling, Keep Fit, Yoga , Pilates and anything else! 😊

Great Post from you Nymahchai, so you say running beats cycling, keep fit, yoga, pilates and all other exercises, that's interesting, in other words, you have caught the running 🐛 bug and so far there isn't any known cure,
Thanks Mig! The Bank Holiday is finished so it should be less crowded. We cycled at 0700 this morning and it was sanity but later I could hear the mayhem from the garden!!!
6am is lovely in the cool and calm so enjoy the run- it will be worth it. It won’t be your usual challenging rain/cold!! I will run on Wednesday as I need 2 days between but that’s ok.
