Stepping Stone R3!

Yes, I’ve vompleted 3 of these by now. I must admit it’s a long, long journey which I’m getting used to rather slowly. The last 5 minutes are still problematic but I keep running. Hoping you’re doing well out there! 🥵💪🏃‍♀️

Well done Heti, I've done my 3 too. The last one I used the Nike App, thought the guy was a bit annoying at first, but by the end of his questions I realised he had really my mind off my running!!

Need to get used to the Nike App if going to use it, as that one didn't do the 5 minute warm up, presumably they all don't!

Doing well aren't we?! 💪🫷

PS. Bonus too is that this morning I am the lightest I have been since my son got married in July 2017 (with the help of SW too) but this has certainly spurred me on.

Congratulations to you and me! I’ll be 60 in April and I’m as lighter than I’ve been since my 40s. On we go and conquer the world! 🏃‍♀️💪👍

Typo I know, but "vompleted" is definitely an actual thing for most runners at some stage!

Hi Heti, sounding good!

I have to admit to going a bit off piste and doing things back to front (shh don't tell anyone). I just really wanted to know if I could run 5k so I tried on Monday and I did (!!). It took me 44.05 mins. Then I wanted to know if I could run fast so this evening I tried the speed interval one and ...... well yes I can run quite fast but not for very long and I will have to take a more considered approach next time as the last two slow intervals I walked. So now I've got all that curiosity out of my head I'll settle down to doing them properly ..... maybe ......... might try the 5k again just to make sure it wasn't a fluke!
