Completed the stepping stone podcast today and enjoyed it. I am finding that I am using my arms a lot more recently and it seems to help and feel quite natural. Keep going everyone this program has been great for my physical and emotional health.

The music is much better kittykat007 so that is something to look forward too as well. I am going to try the speed one on Wednesday.

It's brilliant when you do the stepping stone one. I regularly listen to this one for a slower paced run for my 5K standard circuit. I use the speed one and stamina one on occasions now too to build up my strength and speed. I like a bit more of challenge and variety. Running helped me in so many ways both mentally and physically. I actually look forward to my runs now. Happy running.
