morning all well woke up at at 4am was fiddling around on computer then realised it was run day n started looking fwd to my morning run actually sat n let that feeling build for awhile til i just had to go do it lol . To be honest ive had a few attempts a c25k past couple times just had huge losses of motivation n a couple times had to stop because of health reasons def determined to get this thing done tho i think i managed to get to week 6 before i got a kidney infection so lets see if this time round we can better that I dont think i should lose motivation this time around its actually a health reason i started it back up again

🍏👏Good for you!! With that motivation you are going all the way to Graduation! Just start off each run nice and slowly so you are breathing normally and able to have a conversation!
