A nice little run

I completed W1R3 this morning as I am back to the physio tomorrow and he wanted me to try a run walk before I saw him again. I managed the run quite easily certainly easier than I thought I would seeing as I haven’t run for nearly 6 weeks. My hip seems ok but my heel still hurts. So I’ll see what the physios got to say tomorrow afternoon

🙏 it’s my 3 rd visit and my hip has improved but my heel is still giving me gyp
