Well we got out, the sun shone, we ran even faster after promising each other we would take it slow so 3 k in well under half an hour,

A little funny- I was running up a hill across the downs the grass was all gold, i had ordinary clothes on and a heavy coat, it was hot and i was struggling... i was cursing and swearing when i got to the road at the top, turned round to say to Willow that was hard and there were at least 30 little kids who’d run up the hill just behind us, I just started to worry about all the swearing i’d been doing when i woke up all warm and snuggly in bed.... odd dream

The run was great, the dream was strange i was really struggling and taking really long strides to just get up the hill and so hot lol
