Did second run of first week on Tuesday and found it a little bit harder? I don't really know why, perhaps the initial enthusiasm has run out a bit and I am now realising that I have a long way to go in 9 weeks. Stamina-wise it was pretty good and feel I could do more. I have a dodgy ankle that I keep on 'going over' on and it was aching the day after but seems to have settled down today. Probably a stage I need to go through whilst parts of my body get used to being more active. Doing week 1 run 3 tomorrow, not sure I can stand that music again but loving the fact that I am not looking at watch every couple of minutes, Laura is taking care of all of that for me
