So......I will be embarking on my W5R2 early tomorrow morning and I admit to feeling a little nervous at the prospect of an 8 minute run. I know I have a 20 minute run later in the week, but I’m trying not to look too far ahead. How have you all found W5?

Thank you for your reply and for the link. It was an interesting read and it has made me think about how important it is not to beat myself up if I find any of the runs too much of a challenge. It makes perfect sense to approach each run with a positive attitude and if for any reason I’m unable to complete any run, I will be closer than before I tried.

Slow and steady, i was really nervous and worried when i did mine last week - i found listening to music helped me - you have come so far, just give it a go, you will probably surprise yourself x😊

Well done on getting this far, that's an achievement in itself!
Just keep positive and don't overthink it, if you've got this far then you're ready for it, it's more of a mental challenge than a physical one!
