🍏Welcome KayleighAnn & congratulations on completing Week3:Run3 Are you enjoying your runs so far? I have completed the program twice and am now slowly working towards running 10k. Here is a link to the FAQ here but do let us know if you have any others? Enjoy Week4. One of my favourite weeks!
Welcome to one of the best things ever! You have the essential reading link... slow and steady does it , and do pop in and let us know how it is all going!
I’m not new to Health Unlocked but didn’t realise C25k was here. I’m doing Wk4 run 3 today. I’ve starting this about 100 times over the years and this is the furthest I’ve got so fingers crossed!
🍏Welcome to this forum BenjiB . Do let us know how your next run goes.

welcome KayleighAnn this is the best forum! Everyone is here to give support and advice and share top tips. And photos of lovely views and new running shoes! Are you enjoying the programme ? It really does work and you’ll be surprised how far you can run by the end of it.
As you have already heard steady and slow wins this race. Looking forward to hearing how you get on! 💪🏻 🏃🏼♀️
I’m 6 years and marathon distance in. Beware! 🤣
Seriously, Couch to 5k is one of the best things I’ve ever done: It’s changed my life 🤩 Enjoy it!
PS Do parkrun 👍🏽
Welcome from me too
Welcome and well done for reaching out. This is such a welcoming community and there's lots of good advice posted already. Like some others, I am through 5k and moving onwards.
A couple of things - C25K doesn't necessarily mean you'll run 5k in 30 minutes. Most don't get to do this, but reach 5k in 30+ minutes soon after. Running for 30 minutes is an incredible undertaking, so - 🙌
Coming as far as you have is absolutely awesome and don't underestimate the significance of the achievement and the long-term health benefits of what you are doing.
For me the very first run was the key. Even weeks before it, there's no way I could have run for a whole minute and 30 minutes seemed an impossible dream. But it is a beautifully organised programme and that 30 minutes really is achievable.
Good luck & keep us posted!
Welcome to the community!
Hi and welcome.
