Well week 1 completed - I survived & can still breath during my runs - the amount of pain killers I'm still on is helping the calf pain but boy do I know about it 1st thing on a morning .Anyway bring on Week 2 in the morning
I WILL do this- I will feel normal again

So you are well ahead of me..... I'm still gearing up mentally! I do so hope I can get back to loving to run. Not for speed, not for company, just for the sheer pleasure of being so intimately in tune with how my body is performing in the specific moment of the run! Good luck with week 2
