first frosty run this morning - they are actually quite rare this far south by the sea - well worth the effort- this view always lifts the spirits . Happy winter running to you all

I know the feeling. Today I couldn't feel my fingers but as soon as I started running the blood was rushing towards my fingers. Also down here in the Cotswolds the view is not that bad.
