Yay ..... finally completed the C25K programme last night. It was such a hard run as the wind was and still is horrendous, I was almost horizontal at times but I did it .... I'm so pleased !!
Thank you to everyone for all your help and advice on this forum, it's so helpful, important and encouraging. Building up to my first parkrun now on 21 October ...... can't wait !!
