Hi everyone!

I completed the last run of week 7 this evening…..wooop wooop!! Not been running since parkrun last Saturday so I couldn’t wait to get going.

This week I signed up to do a 5k run for Hope House charity, something I’d never think of doing before C25k! I’m proud of myself for signing up ☺️

Well done and many congrats x it’s so nice to do charity runs and do something you ( hopefully !!) enjoy whilst helping others out in the process x keep on going you are almost there now xx
