I’ve just completed my last run of week 8. I found the last 2/3 runs so hard to motivate my self both before and during. Determined though I went out today and even felt like I could do a little more at the end.
Nowhere near 5k just reaching 4K at the end of the run but will worry about that later .

I was exactly the same but when W9 is in sight, something kicks in and gives you that extra boost, no idea what it is but it was very welcome (I’m on W9 R2). I think it’s the realisation that ‘I’ve actually done this!’ - keep going, not long now! 💪🏼
