Wk9 R3... Done! 🤩🎉

So happy to say... I’ve completed c25k! 😆

It’s been an incredible journey & I feel so proud to have done it!

5k in the bag today 37mins 🤩

This run was the hardest of the week, but I got there, I’ve gotta give it to Jo Whiley, she’s been my rock! 🙌

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster in places... let’s not talk about week 6 🙈 but I’ve genuinely loved the experience, and the feelings of achievement that come with each run!

I’ve felt myself becoming stronger & I’ve also found it to be such an escape from the every day pressures of life, I just feel like I’m winning all round 🤩

My whole family run, & I’ve dabbled with running in the past, But I’ve always given up... not any more! 🙌

This group has helped me so much, it’s been an incredible support & I can’t thank everyone enough, for the advice, laughs & kindness they’ve shown 🙌👌 I honestly don’t know if I’d of got through it with out you guys...

'whole new lust for life'👌.... totally agree with that feeling. Hated running before, so much so that I'm not even sure why I wanted to start this. I have had successes at other sports, many moons ago, but nothing has captured my enthusiasm like this since, and it's definitely filtering into other areas of my life 😊
