Wild dog rose hips on my run earlier. I ran for longer than my usual 35 minutes, I am not sure how long, as somehow my phone knocked against something and hit the pause button lol. So I kept going and then stopped as I encountered a very tricky bit of ground cover with tussocky grass and lots of what looked like animal scratches and scrapings, possibly by foxes or badgers. Not my usual course but I thought I would try a different route. How are you all doing? X

I had my phone and watch on the other day; my watch recorded the run, my phone said I paused after 35 seconds! 🤣
