End of British Summer Time

I always find the extra hour so useful when the clocks go back. I used mine to do Week 6 Run 1 which is a series of 8 and 5 min intervals. The run went well though as the photo shows I had to watch my footing as on this path there's a lot of crab apple trees and the fruit has largely fallen.

Beautiful trees crab apples and as I run the crushed fruit gave off an air of fermented cider.

Sounds today from Simple Minds Joy Division The Cure Placebo Talking Heads and the Rezillos

Onwards and Upwards.

Sounds like a fabulous way to spend your extra hour!.... I did the ironing with mine ☹️

I tend to leave that until the ironing pile becomes a mountain

That really does look like an assault course of a path!! Well done for weaving your way through!! With those tunes in your ears I'm not surprised, sounds like my kind of playlist, I'm going to see simple minds in a few weeks and I cant wait!! Happy sunday bingbongsong

Lucky you. I've seen them twice once in their early days in London and more recently at Latitude Festival.

Great you got out and ran. Your photo reminded me of when I lived with my mum and dad and outside one of the bedroom windows was a crab apple tree.

Hope you enjoyed your run. Well done you 😊

Yes I do think crab apple trees provide year round interest.
