I finally Graduated couch to 5k yesterday where I decided to enter 5k race at the New Forest Marathon after SueAppleRun invited me to go with her.. Completely out of my comfort zone but it was such a great way to complete all my hard work! I even managed to run most of it which is incredible. Met some lovely people off this forum too whilst we was there!

When you think where you were when we started going for walks in April, (I swear you only came with me because you felt sorry for me) to starting to run around the end of May to where you are now you must feel so proud. From saying to me last year, "Enjoy your run, I'll never come with you" to being able to outrun me so I plod along behind is awesome. I'm really proud of you and didn't we have a great weekend?
