Fantastic news - the belly and I have completed the programme and have graduated. Yippeeee.
Not only that we continued till 6K (well after the 30 minutes was up)and could have done more, belly and I were in perfect harmony. ((Do we get two stickers hehehe))
But seriously from those first 1 minute runs and lying down after them to catch my breath and having a nap - to now where I know I can run 5K without fear.
I like to thank everyone who has helped me on this forum - thanks; and to the very minimalist MJ -thanks for the virtual belief (glad someone did).
But now I can confidently say I am a 5K runner and I have completed C25K.
Brilliant.
