🍏I am delighted to hear that you have graduated after all the hard work you have put in, especially over this cold, wet windy winter!! Think back to that first decision to run C25K and the difficulties and challenges you have overcome.
Spring is upon us bringing with it brand new running opportunities so let’s get your shiny new Graduate Badge firmly pinned before you start your new running journey! Congratulations 🙌 🥳 🏃♀️🏃
🍏Please 'REPLY' to this post, below, to receive your graduate badge
Please note that your badge will be seen next to your name on your posts and comments within Couch to 5K community only, but not on your profile page or other boards.
🍏We really hope you will continue posting here in the Couch to 5K community, sharing your experiences, encouraging new runners and updating us with your progress as you carry on running beyond the programme. Our support doesn’t stop when you finish the programme!
🍏If you would like a Graduation Certificate, there’s one for you to download here;
I graduated on Wednesday! I was so sceptical, especially in the early weeks, but here I am jogging/running for 30 minutes solidly! Thanks to everyone in the C25k team and community ⚡️
I wonder if you were looking for it while you were posting on the Bridge to 10k board? It only appears on Couch to 5k. It’s such an easy mistake to make! I’ve done it loads myself.
Can I have a graduation badge please? I don't have the phone apps, but have followed the same principle as the C25K programme. I've completed two official 5K races now. 😀
Hi. All finished Couch To 5K. 9 weeks have flown by and I've definitely lost weight and I'm definitely fitter. I celebrated with a veggie pizza and a bottle of water. (Didn't want to get carried away.)
This is so good , on week 8 now so proud of myself 10 years ago was the last time I managed couch to 5k, and I never thought I would be able to do it again ,love reading all the comments it helps to keep you motivated thanks x
🍏You closed in on this shiny badge 10 years ago! Thanks for your positive comments! Glad you are revisiting Couch to 5K and looking forward to hearing from you!
Excellent!! There’s no rush either. Lots of fun runs on the free Nike Run Club App. You can choose guided or non guided runs of different times and lengths. Good to mix up your runs every week eg two shorter runs & one longer one of 30 mins Don’t increase beyond 30 mins for a while and then do it gradually! Let us know how you get on! NRC have training plans too… one to get you to 5K … Enjoy your new running journey!!
Wow 🤩 It’s such a wonderful achievement! You have every reason to feel proud after all that hard work!! Please don’t be nervous about Park run. Start off slowly and enjoy it. You can choose to walk some of it if you want to. Well it’s time to step up to the podium now and let me pin your shiny graduate badge! Well done!! 🎈
