I am starting W9 this week yeah!!! Just wondering though, will I technically graduate if I run the 30 mins, or the 5k . My pace is about 7.10 which means I need 35 mins to do the 5k ???

You definitely graduate! It's the running 30 mins., not the hitting the 5K...which you do in an amazing time anyway. Go for it and enjoy the week. Happy running, and relish the onward journey to greater distances or whatever you wish to do 🙂

By all means do the 5K if you want to, but you graduate by running 30 minutes at any pace you can. The important thing in week 9 is to run for 30 minutes 3 times. Many people don't get to 5K for several weeks after, and there are some who run much more than 5K in 30 minutes.

30 minutes is all you need! Otherwise 90% wouldn’t graduate, me definitely included. 🐌🐌

Go smash W9 and get ready to step on that podium! 👍🏻👍🏻

The 30 mins. 5k in 30 mins is not for us all! Definitely not for me! You are much much closer than I was though! I still need 44 mins!! 🐢🐢🐢🐢
