Today i moved into week two. I had moments when i didnt think i would complet this one. I slowed down and tried to focus, but boy am i unfit. laughs and im slow, i do a 10 min warm up and a 10 min cool down, plus run on a tread mill, and it said i did 1 km in 15 minutes...lol thats pretty slow!!
The trea today was a nice jacket potatoe with cheese and bacon plus side salad with a glass of apple juice and a mug of tea.
as you can tell, i dont think i will be loosing any weight with this.....lol but thats okay i want stamina more than anything
