Really surprised I managed today. I even found it easy. But I really did go slowly. Kept to the treadmill. Elevation only 2.5. Walk speed to warm up for ten minutes at 4.0.
Then I started at a nice slow jog of 6 km/h. Most people could walk that speed. But I thought if I just plug away at this . Then maybe I can do it. I even planned a reward if I managed it.
I could not believe I did it. Using treadmill and without the voice so I have to count. And check the timing. Gained my massage reward for completion. Yippppeeee.
After run, I did 10 min walking at my base level and slow down slowly within the ten minutes to 1.5 by the last minute. Then stretch. Shower , then massage, now I just want to sleeep.
