Really surprised I managed today. I even found it easy. But I really did go slowly. Kept to the treadmill. Elevation only 2.5. Walk speed to warm up for ten minutes at 4.0.
Then I started at a nice slow jog of 6 km/h. Most people could walk that speed. But I thought if I just plug away at this . Then maybe I can do it. I even planned a reward if I managed it.
I could not believe I did it. Using treadmill and without the voice so I have to count. And check the timing. Gained my massage reward for completion. Yippppeeee.
After run, I did 10 min walking at my base level and slow down slowly within the ten minutes to 1.5 by the last minute. Then stretch. Shower , then massage, now I just want to sleeep.

Well done you!! That’s great! I stick to a light jog too and also run on a treadmill. I try and stick to my speeds I set each run so I can see the improvement. Although I must admit I do get tempted to slow down but think I’d just be walking then lol
You are doing great. Plenty of time to build up speed it's the action of running and building tge plan I to your daily life that matters. Enjoy massage
Thankyou, it was different. Never had a massage where they ring a bell and place on your back, for the vibrations, Then then used healing stones. Very different.
Well done you! I did the same run this morning after warming up exercise and then did the cool down stretches. Shower, lunch, and now I’m sleepy too, haha 😄
