I'm so happy, I've completed week one!!!I'm actually enjoying the runs!

I love running past people who are walking down to the train station....😄 I feel like super woman!

Just need to plan better routes as I keep head back too soon.

You ARE Super-Woman! Didn't you know that... !!!!

All those folk you pass, envying you and wishing they were the one running... You are doing betetr than I, when I began... I kept running out and forgetting to turnaround at a halfway point! I walked back home an awful lot after the run finished!

Huge well done to you.

Slow and steady and on you go!

Congratulations to you Dondont79 on completing week 1 of C25K, you say that you feel like super woman when running past those people walking to the train station, you certainly will be super women once you have completed C25K and run for 30 minutes non stop, for you onwards and upwards to week 2, remember to take all the runs slowly, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, no running on consecutive days as that could cause a injury, I wish you luck for your running journey with C25K, keep posting your progress on this forum ✔️🏃🏾👍

Absolutely super start! Congratulations to you on your first week ticked off. I used to have a little celebration every time I finished a week-it’s never too early to recognise how awesome you are!

There’s a brilliant little guide to the programme here with lots of helpful hints and tips. Well worth a read. Most important is keeping it slow and steady at a pace where you can talk in full sentences without gasping. Most of us go too fast! Recovery days between runs are absolutely essential too.
