A huge well done to you... Do keep it slow and steady as you go... try not to push too hard, and make sure you are feeling really comfortable at this stage...there is a way to go yet.
Are you popping on some Strength and Flex work on some of your rest days... as the runs begin to get longer...your body does need to have the strngth and stamina to handle them
There are loads of ideas on our wonderful Strength and Flex Forum...do pop across there if you haven't already
