Well I managed to plod my way through the first run of week 5, the run itself went ok but for whatever reason my head really wasn’t in it and the massive buzz of every run in week 4 just wasn’t there.
Got a bit obsessed with the stats on my Apple Watch and was disappointed as they didn’t seem to be better than week 4, then I realised I actually ran longer in week 4!! Note to self “Must trust the program and not the gadgets!!!!!” 🤪🤘🤪🤘
