Well I managed to plod my way through the first run of week 5, the run itself went ok but for whatever reason my head really wasn’t in it and the massive buzz of every run in week 4 just wasn’t there.
Got a bit obsessed with the stats on my Apple Watch and was disappointed as they didn’t seem to be better than week 4, then I realised I actually ran longer in week 4!! Note to self “Must trust the program and not the gadgets!!!!!” 🤪🤘🤪🤘

Yes, trust the plan, it works! 😊 Don't worry about having the occasional 'off' day when you run either, we all get them, but the trick is that we keep on going. Enjoy the rest of week 5.
Well done Richlfb!!. Keep on plodding and trust the programme .I never look at the stats on my Samsung health app now as the couch to 5k is keeping me focused . Bring on the next run !!!👌✌
I find ‘being in my own head’ a massive buzzkill for me so I totally understand. Good news though, next one will be much better! It’s just an off day 😊👍🏻
Thanks Tee, yeah those gremlins get you down sometimes, it’s been crazy busy at work and just think I was more tired than I though but onwards and upwards 🤪🤘🤪🤘
