I was challenged by my sister to do C25K , I’ve completed it twice and and now have only Wk 8 to do of Ju Ju’s 10k magic plan to run , The 55 min runs were very challenging but went from struggling to run 5 mins to 55mins , Wk 8 is the 10k (60min ) run I’m confident I can do it , The posts on here are so inspirational , I work 12 hours shifts and most of the time I am a day behind at reading the posts , I run early in the morning., I cycled for years but now a runner 🏃‍♀️ . 🐈🐈

This is so wonderful to read! You’ve come so far and it’s not even the end! Just think where your running legs will take you next. You’ve got more adventures to come.

Couch to 5k really is a life changing programme! Thanks for being part of our lovely community and inspiring the newbies! Have you got any too tips? ❤️❤️❤️

Its definitely been life changing 😁, As for a tip …. I made up a plan of my running days for 8 weeks and ticked then off as I did the runs , how I felt , how many steps etc , and stuck it on the fridge , I also used the NRC app , 🐈🐈

Everybody loves ticking things off! Great tip! I bet you’ve got an awesome step count.

The NRC app is brilliant-the best thing for my running since couch to 5k. I’m following one of their plans at the moment and love that it also ticks the runs off when I do them!
