Today I ran the last run off Ju Ju 10k magic plan 60min run , I can’t believe I achieved this , I’m not sure what to do next, I’m thinking of going back to running 3-4 30/40 mins a week runs . , any suggestions welcome 🤔

Well done! 60 minutes running, it sounds amazing! 🏆
Thank you , I couldn’t run 5 mins when I started 🐈
I always thought I would do this challenge and then not run again as I thought it was probably not the best for joins and bones but when I read posts from people like you I feel more encouraged that it might be possible to keep it going 😊 well done! And I hope you will find your next challenge soon!
I did a bit of research where in-fact it is good for Bone density but not sure about joints , In the last week of the plan I was wondering what’s next , having a plan and ticking the boxes as you go kept me motivated , I’m so much fitter and healthier, Thanks for your reply 🐈
That’s brilliant.. well done! Your bio says you hope to run outside, but I’m not sure if you’ve done that? I love finding and mapping out a variety of routes, preferably circular 😊
Absolutely fantastic news! It’s such a milestone. One that I’m sure many couch to 5k ers will want to get to one day-what an inspiration you are. Congratulations! 🏅👩🎓🏃♀️❤️💪
Pop over to Bridge to 10k to claim your badge which will appear when you post on that forum. That’s the best place to ask about post magic plan running. You’ll find suggestions in the pinned posts as well as the badge request post which Mummycav is looking after this month. I’ve really enjoyed using the Nike Run Club app and there are many of us posting about the runs we’re doing from that over on Bridge.

If you’re thinking of going beyond 10k, the ultra-friendly and helpful marathon and race support board is a lovely place to visit too.
That's great, always satisfying to get to the end of a plan, exciting to think what's next too
Congratulations on completing the Magic Plan, Cookscat 👏👏👏 I'm on week 6 of that so thank you for sharing your post - it encourages me to get out there for the 55-min run 🏃♀️
Hi Cookscat , well done on reaching 10K! As already suggested by MissUnderstanding , I'd definitely recommend you head over to the Bridge and/or Marathon (misnomer) forums, as you'll find lots of idea and support there.
Oh well done you! That's fantastic I'm planning to try the plan out in about a month once I've consolidated, as I've only just completed the 5k plan.
It sounds a good idea to keep doing some 30 minute runs and maybe throw in an hour's run once a week too now that you can do it.
There's a few free apps too to try out like Nike Run Club and a fun one called Zombies run that is worth checking out. Other than that - just keep running, you're doing great
It felt great running the last run (60min) of the plan , 🙌. I like that idea 30min runs and a longer run , I already use the NRC app but like the sound of the zombie run app , very well done completing the 5k plan , I ran 30min runs 4/5 times a week after the 5k. I made the 10k plan and stuck it on the fridge door and ticked the boxes as I went , I worked for me , plus had a diary taking notes about my runs , Good luck with the 10k , 🍀
once I managed running 60 minutes, I made my own plan and had a lot of fun with it. I have quite fond memories of this.
So that might be a good idea, planning your own post magic consolidation plan. Mine was this:
